Golden Crown Levin Iglut
Once in a Lifetime Experience I spent my last Christmas chasing the northern lights. Well, planning this trip was pretty tough. I really wanted to stay in one of these beautiful glass igloo hotels and after much hard work, I managed to booked the Golden Crown Levin Iglut in Levi. So WHY tough and hard work? I began my glass igloo sourcing 6 months prior to my trip. After doing some research, I managed to find 4 glass igloo hotels. Out of which two are in Rovaniemi, one is in Ivalo and Golden Crown Levin Iglut is in Kittila. I didn't want to travel far out to Ivalo yet worried that I will not be able to catch the northern lights if I stay Rovaniemi so I chose this amazing hotel. The hotel was not available on my initial stay dates and I had to switch around my travel itinerary just to suit the availability. Anyways, I tried to reach out to the other 3 hotels but they were fully booked too. I really suggest if anyone want to stay in one these during the winter season, do boo
